Quick, Easy and Deliciously Low Fat Meal Additions

Bean Dip
1 can fat free refried beans
to c. salsa (your favorite) OR a can of diced tomatoes and a small can of diced green chili drained
Mix refried beans with salsa or tomatoes and chilis.
Put into a casserole dish and top with any or all of the following:
One bunch Diced green scallions
1/2c. shredded 2% sharp cheddar (or cheese of your choice)
1/4c. sliced olives
Dollops of fat free sour cream
Heat in microwave to warm.
Serve with a bag of your favorite corn chips
Low Fat and TASTY Deviled Eggs
8 hard boiled eggs - sliced lengthwise
Remove yolks and mash with fork
2 Tablespoons DILL pickle relish (sweet, if you prefer)
1/4c fat free sour cream
May add two tiny squirts of prepared mustard
1 tsp.Onion powder or a Tbsp of diced onion
Stir together and fill the egg whites with yolk mixture.
