Fruitful Praise Poems
October Praise
I give October praise to You
A fruitful harvest
From my past year in Jesus
Pure adoration and praise sung
From sunset's rosy magenta
Across the cloud scattered sky
Blown like pearly leaves
By autumn's tingling wind
Let Your Holy Spirit's wind
So that the storm tossed lost
Might have a chance to know You too!
Fruitful Because
Praise You, Jesus for speaking to me
For moving upon the ears
Within my heart
To cause me to KNOW
I have heard Your Spirit
Your patience persevered
And I WILL bear Your fruit
Because You are righteous
You are all powerful
You are more than able
And I yield my SELF
To You, My Jesus
Lord of Lords, King of Kings
The Lord God Omnipotent
Who does, indeed, reign!!
I really enjoy writing praise poems to my Jesus - wish I still had and remembered how to play my 4 string guitar from college days!
