Fright fraught Savior sought Truth taught Fiends fought Is he really still God today Or historical and then went away Can you believe what he has to say Can he be real to me this day? Christ caught Blood bought Angst aught Wonders wrought He truly died for me Lifted up for all to see Did not run or flee Paid to set me free. This is dedicated especialy to my writer friend Verna Mull who likes rhyming poetry - rhyme and alleteration can't be all bad, eh? Enjoyed the challenge of wirting this one. My senior English teacher, Mrs. Vickers would probably cringe. Had to use a rhyming dictionary and other helps but I think it paints a word picture that is accurate and valid.
